We want you to love your Miista pieces, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original branded box and dust bags, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse confirms the condition of the goods.
